You may return/exchange eligible purchases within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Before returning items, please email us at with your order number, the reason for your return and photos of the item.

Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping returns/exchanges. 
Refunds will be credited to the same card that was used for purchase.

Special Orders or custom upholstery are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Should you try to purchase something and we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 24-48 hours and provide a full refund.  


    Level decorations, inc.  will only accept unused merchandise in its original packaging – we cannot accept any products that are returned damaged, used or soiled. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and a refund will be issued for products that meet these expectations.

    Products that cannot be returned are: special orders, sale items and "non-returnable” items, custom upholstery or any custom items - please see product notes for details before purchase.


    If your item arrives damaged, you must keep the shipping box and contact us within 24-48 hours at for further instructions.
